Role Overview

Own endtoend factory operations— planning, people, quality, safety and continuous improvement —to deliver timely, costeffective, highquality fabrication and fitouts. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate closely with Design, Project Management, Procurement and Site Teams for seamless delivery.



What You’ll Do

  • Lead all departments: carpentry, metalwork, painting, CNC, finishing and logistics
  • Build and maintain production schedules aligned to project timelines and resources
  • Ensure fabrication and fitout meet company quality standards and client requirements
  • Drive collaboration between Design, Project Management, Procurement, and Site Teams for seamless project delivery
  • Run production meetings , resolve operational challenges and implement solutions
  • Optimize capacity, manpower planning and equipment utilization
  • Uphold health, safety and environmental compliance across operations
  • Manage factory budgets , reduce wastage and drive cost efficiencies
  • Coach and develop supervisors and skilled workers to nurture a highperformance culture
  • Maintain accurate production tracking, reporting and performance analytics
  • Continuously review and enhance workflows to improve efficiency and competitiveness



What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management or related technical field
  • 8–10 years in production/factory environments, including 3+ years in a managerial role in exhibitions, events or interior fitout
  • Strong grasp of materials, production workflows and finishing techniques for event/exhibition fabrication
  • Proficient in CAD drawing interpretation and technical specifications
  • Experienced with ERP/production management systems and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent leadership, planning and problemsolving abilities
  • Solid knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance
