Job Opening: Factory Manager – Lighting Pole Manufacturing (Ras Al Khaimah)

About Us:

We are a leading lighting pole manufacturing company based in Ras Al Khaimah, specializing in the production of high-quality steel poles for street lighting, decorative, and high-mast applications. With state-of-the-art machinery including a 14m bending machine and a 36m laser cutting machine.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead and oversee all manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, manage a workforce of approximately 80 employees, and coordinate between departments to achieve delivery and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and monitor daily and monthly production schedules.

· Supervise fabrication, welding, galvanizing, and assembly operations.

· Ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards.

· Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts for smooth operations.

· Manage machine utilization, preventive maintenance, and resource allocation.

· Lead and motivate factory supervisors and staff for optimal productivity.

· Maintain accurate production and performance reports.

· Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and company policies.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in process and efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Factory Manager or Production Head in a metal fabrication or pole manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower management, and quality control.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Engineering or technical background preferred.
