Job Description

  • Manage production floors and supervise workers to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee handling of materials, especially wood and related manufacturing components.
  • Manage full production timelines and ensure all creative assets are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain consistent quality standards through structured QC processes.
  • Coordinate with clients and showrooms to align on requirements, feedback, and final approvals.
  • Oversee the full workflow of creative asset production from briefing to delivery.
  • Ensure efficient task allocation across account teams, creative, design, and QC.
  • Monitor team workloads, assign resources, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Review final outputs to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and production accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers on revisions, approvals, and project updates.
  • Develop and enhance internal production workflows to improve efficiency and turnaround times.
  • Implement productivity tools and methods to optimize overall factory performance.
  • Track production costs and ensure budgets are respected across all deliverables.
  • Forecast resource needs such as equipment, materials, and software tools.
  • Manage relationships with external production houses and coordinate outsourced work.
  • Oversee asset libraries, templates, and brand files to ensure proper organization and usage.
  • Prepare regular reports on production volumes, resource utilization, and delivery performance.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend actionable solutions.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Applied Arts, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in production, fabrication, or factory management (preferably wood, steel, or creative production).
  • Proven experience managing production floors, teams, and manufacturing workflows.
  • Strong understanding of materials such as wood, metal, acrylic, and fabrication techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in quality control, production scheduling, and cost management.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, fabrication layouts, or design briefs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage workers and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick operational decisions.
  • Proficiency in production tools or software (ERP systems, workflow tools, Trello, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills for interfacing with clients, showrooms, and account teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
