Factory Manager
Overview
Job Details:
Support the development of organizational goals, strategies, and annual plans while ensuring proper execution across operations.
Participate in preparing production plans, communicate them clearly to teams, and monitor their implementation.
Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules and oversee their execution to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Work closely with quality control teams and other departments to maintain and improve product quality standards.
Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and programs and ensure their effective implementation.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and occupational health standards across all activities.
Supervise coordination between departments to maintain efficient workflow and operational alignment.
Oversee material planning and warehouse-related activities to ensure proper stock management and availability.
Analyze operational performance and suggest improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across production, maintenance, and administrative processes.
Job Experience Requirements
Good understanding of procurement processes and coordination activities.
Knowledge of quality standards and QHSE systems.
Basic familiarity with sales operations and commercial coordination.
Strong team-building ability with a collaborative working approach.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and evaluation capabilities.
