We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production operations in a carpet manufacturing factory. The candidate will be responsible for managing production planning, manpower, quality control, machine utilization, and timely delivery while ensuring operational efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall carpet production operations and factory activities.
• Plan daily and weekly production schedules based on orders and deadlines.
• Monitor production targets, output, and operational efficiency.
• Supervise production staff, machine operators, and factory workers.
• Ensure proper utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Monitor raw material consumption and minimize production wastage.
• Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout production.
• Handle production reports, inventory coordination, and operational documentation.
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Support management with production planning and operational updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Production, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or carpet/fabric/textile production.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, factory operations, and quality control.
• Experience handling production manpower and shift operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office preferred.
• UAE/GCC manufacturing experience preferred.
