PRODUCTION MANAGER (Garments Industry Preferred)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to lead and manage all production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in production planning, team leadership, and process optimization, with preference given to those with a solid background in the garments or textile manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all production activities to meet targets on time and within budget
• Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors and production workers
• Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency and take corrective action where needed
• Liaise with QC, Warehouse, Dispatch, and Procurement teams for smooth operations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies on the production floor
• Manage production budgets and control operational costs
• Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management
• Coordinate with clients or merchandising teams on production requirements and timelines (garments-specific)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in production management, preferably in garments/textile industry
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology, Business Management, or related field
• Proven track record of managing large production teams
• Strong knowledge of garments manufacturing processes, fabric handling, and finishing
• Excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in production management software/ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English
• UAE experience is a must

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
