FACTORY MANAGER - ALUMINIUM & GLASS DIVISION

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead our Aluminium and Glass Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily factory operations, ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and managing a skilled workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end production processes for aluminium and glass works
• Manage factory staff, supervisors, and production teams
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency and cost control
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams
• Handle factory planning, scheduling, and reporting

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Factory Manager in aluminium and glass industry
• Strong knowledge of fabrication, installation, and production processes
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
