Factory Manager

preferably Looking for Marble Experience Candidates.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily factory operations and ensure production targets are achieved.

* Plan manpower and allocate resources according to production requirements.

* Monitor production quality, productivity, wastage, and rework.

* Coordinate with Planning, Projects, Procurement, Stores, Maintenance, and HR.

* Ensure proper maintenance and availability of machinery and equipment.

* Control production costs, material wastage, overtime, and downtime.

* Ensure compliance with HSE policies and workplace safety standards.

* Lead supervisors, foremen, and factory workers and monitor their performance.

* Prepare daily/weekly production and performance reports.

* Identify operational issues and implement continuous improvement measures.
