Factory Manager – Marble Industry

Location: UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 – 13,000 per month
Experience: 8–12+ years, with strong marble factory experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily factory operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Plan manpower and allocate resources based on production requirements.
• Monitor production quality, productivity, material wastage, and rework.
• Coordinate with Planning, Projects, Procurement, Stores, Maintenance, and HR departments.
• Ensure proper maintenance and availability of machinery and equipment.
• Control production costs, material wastage, overtime, and machine downtime.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and workplace safety standards.
• Lead and supervise supervisors, foremen, and factory workers.
• Monitor team performance and improve overall factory productivity.
• Prepare daily and weekly production and performance reports.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective continuous improvement measures.
• Ensure efficient handling, processing, finishing, and delivery of marble products.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in factory management, preferably in the marble/stone industry.
• Strong knowledge of marble processing, cutting, polishing, CNC, fabrication, and finishing operations.
• Proven experience managing production teams and factory operations.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• UAE experience in a marble/stone factory will be highly preferred.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
