Factory Manager (Food Industry)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of ovens, HVAC systems, and automated production lines.
• Familiarity with food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
