Factory Manager – HVAC Manufacturing

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Factory Manager with up to 5 years of experience to oversee production operations, ensure quality standards, and lead the team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day factory operations, ensuring timely production and adherence to schedules.
• Supervise manufacturing processes, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensure product quality, safety standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Lead, train, and motivate shop floor teams to meet performance targets.
• Implement process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and ensure minimum downtime.
• Prepare reports on production, performance metrics, and safety compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
