Factory Manager – Medical Devices Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee all factory-related operations at our medical devices manufacturing/finishing facility. The Factory Manager will be responsible for production, maintenance, compliance, and overall operational efficiency, ensuring that products are manufactured safely, on time, and in accordance with applicable quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end factory operations, including production, maintenance, warehousing, and utilities
• Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, quality systems, and internal SOPs
• Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime
• Lead, train, and supervise factory staff, including production and maintenance teams
• Monitor KPIs related to productivity, quality, efficiency, and safety
• Coordinate with quality, supply chain, and management teams to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and reporting as required in a regulated environment
• Maintain high standards of workplace safety, housekeeping, and discipline
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Factory Manager or Operations Manager, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production planning, maintenance management, and factory operations
• Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements applicable to medical devices
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make operational decisions
