Factory Operations - Safety / OHS Assistant

Location: Landhi Industrial Area, Younus Chowrangi – Karachi
Age Limit: Under 30 years
Compensation: Approximately Rs. 41,380 per month

Minimum Criteria

• Intermediate (HSC) completed
• Safety-related training or certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, OHS) will be an advantage
• Up to 2 years of experience in industrial safety / OHS; fresh applicants with relevant courses are also eligible
• Practical understanding of workplace safety practices, hazard spotting, PPE application, and basic reporting
• Applicants should live within or near Landhi, Korangi, Shah Faisal, Malir, or nearby localities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the implementation of safety procedures across shop-floor and facility areas
• Carry out routine walk-throughs to identify unsafe acts or conditions and escalate findings
• Monitor and encourage proper use of PPE by workers and visitors
• Assist in managing incident/near-miss documentation and basic investigation steps
• Participate in preparedness activities such as tool-box talks, evacuation drills, and awareness sessions
• Keep records, checklists, and safety documents updated as per company requirement
• Coordinate with line supervisors to reinforce safe-work practices

Work Schedule

12-hour rotational shifts (8 hours regular + 4 hours mandatory overtime), alternating weekly between day and night shifts.
