Position Summary
We are seeking a Factory Production Manager to lead all production operations at our Karaman manufacturing facility, which specializes in high-technology coating processes.
This role carries full responsibility for production performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in a state-of-the-art factory environment equipped with completely new and highly technological machinery. The ideal candidate is an innovation-driven leader with strong engineering foundations and proven production management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all production activities within the Karaman factory
- Ensure operational excellence in high-level industrial coating production
- Oversee production planning, execution, efficiency, and output quality
- Manage and continuously improve production processes in a technologically advanced environment
- Drive innovation, automation, and process optimization initiatives
- Collaborate closely with maintenance, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing production teams
- Act as a key operational partner to senior management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably: (Electrical & Electronics, Computer, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of production site management experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Strong background in high-technology manufacturing operations
- Proven experience managing modern, highly automated production equipment
- Strong organizational and operational excellence mindset
- Demonstrated openness to innovation, continuous improvement, and technological development
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Pozisyon Özeti
Karaman’daki üretim tesisimizde, yüksek teknoloji kaplama süreçlerinde uzmanlaşmış üretim operasyonlarının tamamını yönetecek bir Fabrika Üretim Müdürü arıyoruz.
Bu rol; üretim performansı, operasyonel mükemmeliyet ve sürekli iyileştirme süreçlerinin tümünden sorumludur. Tamamen yeni ve ileri teknoloji makinelerle donatılmış modern bir fabrika ortamında görev alınacaktır.
İdeal aday; güçlü mühendislik altyapısına sahip, üretim yönetimi konusunda kanıtlanmış deneyimi bulunan ve inovasyon odaklı bir liderdir.
Temel Sorumluluklar
- Karaman fabrikasındaki tüm üretim faaliyetlerini yönetmek
- İleri seviye endüstriyel kaplama üretiminde operasyonel mükemmeliyeti sağlamak
- Üretim planlama, uygulama, verimlilik ve çıktı kalitesini denetlemek
- Teknolojik olarak gelişmiş bir ortamda üretim süreçlerini yönetmek ve sürekli iyileştirmek
- İnovasyon, otomasyon ve süreç optimizasyonu çalışmalarını yönlendirmek
- Bakım, kalite, mühendislik ve tedarik zinciri ekipleriyle yakın iş birliği yapmak
- İş güvenliği, kalite ve operasyon standartlarına uyumu sağlamak
- Yüksek performanslı üretim ekipleri oluşturmak, yönetmek ve geliştirmek
- Üst yönetim için stratejik bir operasyon ortağı olarak görev yapmak
Nitelikler ve Gereklilikler
- Mühendislik lisans derecesi (tercihen Elektrik-Elektronik, Bilgisayar, Mekatronik, Makine veya Endüstri Mühendisliği)
- Endüstriyel / üretim ortamında en az 5 yıl üretim tesisi yönetimi deneyimi
- Yüksek teknoloji üretim operasyonlarında güçlü deneyim
- Modern ve yüksek otomasyonlu üretim ekipmanlarının yönetiminde kanıtlanmış tecrübe
- Güçlü organizasyon ve operasyonel mükemmeliyet odağı
- İnovasyona, sürekli iyileştirmeye ve teknolojik gelişime açık yaklaşım
- Güçlü liderlik, iletişim ve karar alma becerileri
