Job Description :

Manage and control all fabrication activities including planning, manpower, and production schedules. Ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of structural steel works as per project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in structural steel fabrication, with management exposure

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, and QA/QC
• Ability to manage production teams and workshop operations
• Familiarity with ISO standards and HSE practices
• Excellent planning and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• STEEL FABRICATION PRODUCTION: 10 years (Required)
• PRODUCTION MANAGER: 5 years (Required)
