LEAD MAN - STRUCTURAL STEEL FABRICATION

We are seeking an experienced LEAD MAN – Structural Steel Fabrication for our steel fabrication unit. The ideal candidate will supervise daily fabrication activities, manage manpower, and ensure that production meets quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise steel fabrication operations and manage factory manpower efficiently.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately to ensure correct execution.
• Ensure welding, cutting, and assembly work meets quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and other team members to achieve production targets.
• Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to workers to maintain optimal productivity.
• Maintain proper use and regular maintenance of tools, machines, and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Higher Secondary with relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for reading and interpreting fabrication drawings.
• Proven experience in steel fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.
• Ability to manage and control manpower effectively.
• Familiarity with factory operations, production processes, and safety standards.

Salary Package: QAR 2,500 – 3,000
