Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welders/Steel Fabricators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metalwork, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Minimum requirements:

• Proven experience as a Steel Fabricator or similar role.
• Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
• Excellent physical condition and stamina.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, OSHA) are a plus.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
• Cut, shape, and weld steel components to precise specifications.
• Operate various machinery and tools, including saws, grinders, and welding equipment.
• Inspect and test completed products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
