Emkan Engineering is looking for qualified and experienced Welding Engineers to join our Piping Fabrication Workshop in Qatar.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience in piping fabrication and welding operations.
• Strong knowledge of welding codes and standards (ASME IX, ISO, EN, etc.).
• Ability to develop and manage WPS, PQR, and Welder Qualification tests.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support all welding activities in the piping fabrication workshop.
• Ensure compliance with applicable welding procedures, standards, and client specifications.
• Conduct qualification of welders and procedures (WPS/PQR/WQT).
• Resolve welding-related issues and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, production, and inspection teams.
