Job Summary-

Ambica Industries is looking for an experienced and responsible **Factory Supervisor** to oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensure production targets, manage manpower, and maintain safety and quality standards. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in factory/production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow.

* Manage workforce, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

* Ensure machines and equipment are functioning properly; coordinate maintenance as needed.

* Maintain production reports, attendance records, and shift summaries.

* Monitor quality standards and ensure products meet company specifications.

* Ensure compliance with safety norms and factory discipline.

* Coordinate with store, dispatch, QA, and management teams for seamless operations.

* Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization on the shop floor.

* Train workers on production processes and safety protocols.

Requirements:

* Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as a Factory Supervisor/Production Supervisor in a manufacturing setup.

* Strong understanding of workflow, manpower handling, and production planning.

* Basic knowledge of machinery operations and maintenance.

* Ability to maintain documentation and production reports.

* Good communication and leadership skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

* Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / ITI preferred.

Working Hours:
