Field Supervisor (Manual)

Duties & Responsibilities

· Supervise field girth weld coating crew and ensure safety implementation

· Supervise, monitor, and coordinate field works with the client from the start to its completion

· Enforce policy, regulation, control, and standards

· Monitor daily production, timesheet, and other production related reports

· Identify work procedures that will define production and quality for various FGWCC projects

· Maintain the quantity and quality of daily field production

· Report to the manager and the client of the daily activities

· Supervise, monitor, and coordinate with assigned leadman/representative the needs of field production crews

. Conduct site visit for ongoing and upcoming projects

· Must be at least an Associate Graduate in College (preferably Electrical or Mechanical) or Vocational / Trade graduate with basic mechanical / electrical background.

. Good in both written and verbal English communications, Arabic is a plus.

. 5-10 years of related experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
