Site Supervisor + Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor + Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision and surveying, with a proven track record of managing construction sites and conducting accurate surveys.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct detailed site surveys and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment and compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor worker productivity and ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Assist in the calculation and verification of project dimensions and layouts.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Site Supervisor and Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and software.
