Factory Supervisor - Aluminum

Job Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the aluminum factory, including casting, extrusion, fabrication, finishing, and packaging

· Monitor production output and ensure targets are met within established timelines and budgets.

· Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.

· Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Schedule and allocate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) effectively.

· Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet required specifications.

· Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and finished products.

· Supervise, train, and motivate production staff.

· Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance and support to team members.

· Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment.

· Coordinate with maintenance personnel to schedule preventative maintenance.

· Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

· Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.

· Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.

· Prepare and submit regular production reports, including output, efficiency, and quality metrics.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Supervisor in an aluminum factory or similar manufacturing environment.

· Strong knowledge of aluminum processing techniques (e.g., casting, extrusion, fabrication, finishing).

· Excellent understanding of quality control and safety procedures.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
