Faculty – Business Administration

We are looking for a motivated Business Lecturer to join our academic team and deliver high-quality instruction in business disciplines while supporting student growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver lesson plans, learning materials, and classroom activities aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Conduct interactive lectures that encourage participation and critical thinking.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Teach subjects including accounting, finance, marketing, management, and entrepreneurship.
• Mentor and guide students academically and professionally.
• Collaborate with faculty on curriculum improvements and participate in professional development programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in business-related subjects.
• Teaching certification or licensure is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in instructional technology and educational software.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
