Faculty – Business Management

Position Summary

• The Faculty – Business Management will contribute to Exeed College’s academic excellence by delivering high‑quality instruction and supervising student research. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic academic community committed to teaching, research, and academic leadership in business and management disciplines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Doctorate (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Business Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the higher education level, with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong publication record in peer‑reviewed academic journals, demonstrating research excellence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional interpersonal, mentorship, and academic leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time‑management skills.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning methodologies is preferred.
