Required Education, Skills and Experience

• A master's or Ph.D. in the required field from a top ranked, accredited university. For the hospitality operations positions an undergraduate degree and industry experience will be required.
• Degrees obtained from outside the Kingdom must be equivalent as per the Ministry of Education.
• Commitment to full-time regular education at all academic stages.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and research.
• Relevant Professional experience is desirable.
• Preferable to have previous successful teaching experience at the university level.
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Description and Responsibilities

• Has the responsibility to teach courses offered in the program in their area or areas of expertise.
• Participate in departmental and university-wide initiatives, and curriculum development and review.

• Have a strong record of research and publication (for assistant and associate professor roles).
• Other Duties include Conduct and publish high-quality research, undertake academic advising, supervising undergraduate students in the field, council, and committee service.
