Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Academic Delivery
- Deliver Biology lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for preparatory year students.
- Simplify complex biological concepts and build strong foundational understanding.
- Use student-centered teaching methods to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
- Utilize LMS (Blackboard) and digital tools effectively.
- Prepare and administer assessments using ExamSoft or similar platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and academic reports.
- Student Support
- Provide academic guidance and support to students transitioning into medical education.
- Identify students at risk and provide timely intervention.
- Encourage active participation and critical thinking.
- Academic Quality & Compliance
- Adhere to academic policies, quality standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Contribute to course development and continuous improvement.
- Submit course reports and required academic documentation on time.
- Collaboration & Engagement
- Participate in departmental meetings and academic activities.

Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Biology or a related field.
- Experience teaching Biology (preferably in preparatory year or foundation programs).
- Strong ability to explain scientific concepts clearly to beginner-level students.
- Familiarity with LMS (Blackboard) and digital teaching tools.
