Fall 2025 Remote Internship – Son of a Gun Entertainment

Our projects include music releases, live comedy showcases, virtual artist development, and tech-forward entertainment initiatives.

Job Description / Internship Overview:

Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in New York)
Duration: Nov 10th – Feb 6th, 2026 (12 weeks)
Commitment: 10–15 hours per week

We are seeking motivated and creative Fall Interns to join our team remotely. This internship is designed for students and young professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in the entertainment, music, and events industry. You will collaborate directly with the executive team on projects that merge music, tech, and culture. College credit will be awarded upon successful completion of the internship.

Roles Available (Choose Your Focus Area):

Social Media Manager Intern

• Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Maintain a consistent brand voice
• Monitor analytics and engagement
• Collaborate with the content creator and marketing intern

Content Creator Intern

• Create social media content (videos, reels, graphics, etc.)
• Edit video/photo content for short-form and long-form platforms
• Stay up-to-date with trends in entertainment and social media
• Work closely with the team to bring creative ideas to life

Graphic Design Intern

• Design clean, on-brand visuals for use across social media and marketing materials
• Support brand refresh with updated graphics, templates, and assets
• Collaborate with the content creator and marketing intern
• (Portfolio is especially encouraged for this role)

Augmented Reality (AR) Designer Intern

• Design and prototype custom AR effects and filters for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Use tools like Meta Spark, Lens Studio, or similar software
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to integrate AR into our rebrand
• Research AR trends and propose innovative ideas for audience engagement
• (Experience with AR tools and portfolio/examples of past work highly recommended)

Requirements:

• Must be based in New York (NJ candidate also considered ) (though the internship is remote, occasional in-person opportunities may arise).
• Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Passion for music, culture, and entertainment.
• Ability to commit 10–15 hours per week for the full internship period.
