About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Supply Chain Procurement team. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement operations, supplier management, and strategic sourcing. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals to support purchasing activities, analyze market trends, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Support buyer teams with daily tasks.

Analyze purchase requisitions.

Monitor supplier performance and help resolve delivery or quality issues.

Maintain procurement records and update databases with accurate information.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, and operations.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and cost analysis projects.
Education Preferences
-
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

Preferred: Rising sophomore (entering junior year in the fall) with the ability to complete two internship rotations prior to graduation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Other Requirements:
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Completion of sophomore year is required. prior to the internship start date.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
- Rotation Requirements: Juniors – 2 rotations; Seniors & Graduate Students – 1 rotation.
- Minimum duration: 12–14 weeks (summer); 14–16 weeks (spring and fall).
- Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
- Must have reliable transportation.
This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
