Check out laptops to students</li><li>
Answer general questions about IWCC</li><li>
Direct students to appropriate resources</li><li>
Monitor student traffic in library and maintain a quiet study environment</li></ul></div><p></p>
<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h2></div>
<p></p><div><ul><li>Current Iowa Western student with at least a 2.5 GPA</li><li>
Basic knowledge of Library resources and policies.</li><li>
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, ROC, BibliU, Canvas and basic computer functions</li><li>
Ability to perform multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service</li><li>
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Ability to address noise concerns with students</li><li>
Prior to interview, students must provide proof of registration for the upcoming semester.</li></ul></div><p></p>
