What You’ll Do
As a Family & Matrimonial Attorney at Tully Rinckey, you'll have the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. You’ll represent clients in a wide range of matters, including:
- Divorce and legal separation proceedings
- Child custody, visitation, and support matters
- Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
- Guardianship cases
- Mediation, arbitration, and courtroom representation
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
- Create strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and with care
What We’re Looking For
We're seeking candidates who bring compassion, confidence, and experience to the table:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Family & Matrimonial law
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and drafting skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admitted and in good standing to practice in New York State
- Excellent communication and client-relations skills
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team setting
- A commitment to integrity, ethics, and legal excellence
Compensation & Benefits
- Associate Level: $120,000 – $140,000
- Partner Level: $140,000 – $175,000
- Additional performance-based incentives and growth opportunities
Beginning January 1, 2026, newly admitted attorneys at Tully Rinckey PLLC receive a starting salary of $120,000, along with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses of up to 60% of base salary, rewarding productivity, excellence, and client impact. Employees will also receive access to a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including:
