Family Attorney

We are seeking a Junior Family Law Attorney to join our growing Atlanta office. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney who wants to make a real impact, develop courtroom and client-handling skills, and grow under the mentorship of experienced litigators.

Compensation: $85,000 base salary + performance bonuses

Benefits

Billable Hours: 1,600 per year

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

$85,000 - $90,000 yearly

• Work alongside senior attorneys on active family law cases
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and client correspondence
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy summaries
• Attend hearings, mediations, and client consultations
• Maintain strong, professional communication with clients
• Balance compassionate advocacy with practical legal strategy

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active Georgia Bar license (required)
• 0–3 years of family law or litigation experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and case management abilities
• Compassionate, client-centered mindset
