Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for helping families? Join us as a Family Experience Teammate, where you’ll provide exceptional service, build relationships, and create a welcoming environment for every family.

What You’ll Do as a Family Experience Teammate:

• Deliver outstanding customer service: Greet families warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Guide families through their journey: Help families choose the right swim program, complete enrollment, and address questions or concerns with care and expertise.
• Promote the Aqua-Tots experience: Communicate the benefits of our swim curriculum and how it fosters water safety and lifelong skills.
• Resolve customer inquiries: Provide solutions for scheduling, billing, or account updates to ensure families have a seamless experience.
• Celebrate family milestones: Hand out stickers, high-fives, and celebrate swim achievements to create positive and memorable experiences.
• Maintain a welcoming environment: Ensure the swim school is clean, organized, and inviting for families.
• Collaborate with the team: Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and provide consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications:

• Ability to routinley lift more than 60lbs
• CPR certification successfully completed within 60 days of hire
