Family Law Associate Attorney

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Associate Attorney with family law experience to join our legal team. This candidate must have family law experience and should be able to handle all areas of family law, including drafting of pleadings, client management, attending hearings and providing clients with client centered solutions.

Duties

• Draft clear, precise legal documents including pleadings in the areas of Family Law
• Prepare for trials, hearings, and negotiations by organizing case files and evidence
• Participate in negotiations with opposing counsel to reach favorable agreements for clients
• Maintain accurate records of case progress and manage legal administrative tasks efficiently

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in the State of Oklahoma.
• Proven experience in the area of family law.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft comprehensive legal documents clearly and persuasively
• Legal drafting experience combined with administrative skills to manage multiple cases efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively
