The majority of our practice focuses on representing women in complex family law cases - many involving issues of domestic violence. We are a close-knit group and offer an excellent working environment. We are looking for a family law attorney to join our team to help us with our rapidly growing client base.

In this role, you will be required to represent clients in all phases of litigation including motions practice, mediation, and trial. You'll be given lots of opportunities for growth along with excellent mentoring.

If you're an attorney with at least two years of experience with family law matters, we urge you to apply.

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Washington
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a family law attorney in Washington
• Strong knowledge of RCW Chapter 26 proceedings
• Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
• Familiarity with King, Pierce, and Snohomish County filing procedures and local rules

Preferred Requirements:

• At least one trial as first chair
• Five years of experience

Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
