Salary Range: $130,000 – $165,000 base + bonus (DOE)

Envision Family Law is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. We are committed to delivering compassionate, client-centered legal representation in divorce, custody, support, and property division matters. This position offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload, represent clients in court and settlement negotiations, and work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and settlement conferences.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Work closely with clients to provide compassionate guidance and strong advocacy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and client-focused firm culture.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of family law experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Washington family law and local court rules.
• Proven litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Commitment to professionalism, client service, and ethical practice.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary with base range of $130,000 – $165,000 DOE, plus performance-based bonus.
