Role Description:

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Law Attorney based in Des Moines, IA.
• The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for overseeing and managing family law cases, providing legal counsel, and representing clients in court.
• Daily tasks will include drafting legal documents, filing motions, and conducting depositions.
• Additionally, the role involves advising clients on legal issues, negotiating settlements, and maintaining detailed case records. Some out of county travel is necessary.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Law and Family Law
• Proficiency in handling Legal Issues and drafting Motions
• Experience in client relations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Licensed to practice law in Iowa
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Willingness to travel within Iowa

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
