We are seeking an experienced family law attorney with 5+ years California Law. "Must be well versed in family law" no exceptions! This is a busy law firm, you will have to hit the ground running. Must talk with clients, answer emails providing superior customer service during their difficult time. We will provide the name of our firm when you apply.

Located in Irvine, free parking, calm, clean and professional work environment. State-of-the-art equipment and legal document management systems.

Responsibilities
Communicate directly with clients advising, guiding, calling them back when you say you will. Respond to emails and give them frequent updates regarding their case before they ask!

Handle all aspects of litigation: pleadings, discovery, settlement conferences, RFOs/motions, and trials
Prepare the clients for all hearings.

• Outstanding Skills in drafting, reviewing legal documents: motions, P&As, RFOs, DVROs, Stipulations & Orders, Marital Settlement Agreements, Judgments. Etc.…
• Manage complex issues like property division, including real estate and businesses in divorce proceedings; custody evaluations, and move-aways.

· Trial experience and court appearance are necessary – the more you have, the better!

Qualifications - 5+ years of solid family law experience

· Compensation Depends on Your Experience

· Strong research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills. Comprehensive research tools are available

· Ability to manage a high-volume caseload without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines

· High degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality

· Delegation skills - you will have support

· Licensed to practice law in California

· Familiarity with Clio and MyCase, Ring Central systems are a plus

· Track and manage weekly billable hours while ensuring all aspects of client and case management are met

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Superior Public Speaking Abilities

· Excellent written skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation
$130,000.00 to $175,000.00 DOE

Pay: $130,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
