Family Law Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Legal Assistants on Family Law Cases including Divorce, Prenuptial Agreements, Surrogacy Contract Cases.
• Supervise on Will&Trust Cases.
• Attend Court Hearings on Litigation Cases.
• Help with Marketing Events or Conferences.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and clear, professional communication.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Attorney license in CA jurisdiction.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Family Law field.
• Experienced in reproductive law or estate planning area.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in legal drafting.
• Trial experience.
