Family Law Attorney

Jarratt Law, P.C. is a family law firm focused on divorce mediation and family law litigation with locations in Pleasanton, CA, and Medford, OR.

We are a low-volume, high-touch family law firm. You can expect to work 30 hours a week on average and will be expected to bill 720 hours per year, network, and manage your own caseload. The right candidate would be expected to start in mid to late January of 2026.

The Pleasanton office is staffed with another associate and a paralegal. The other associate's caseload consists primarily of custody matters. Your caseload will consist mainly of financial issues, including spousal and child support, tracing, Moore-Marsden, Nelson, Stallworth, and Watts and Epstein claims.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and proficiency in Family Law and related legal issues
• Comfortable with the emotional side of family law
• Experience in drafting motions and other legal documents
• Skilled in managing depositions and preparing clients for court proceedings
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
• California Bar License is required
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Prior experience in family law practice is required
• Capable of managing your own caseload.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $115,000 to $130,000
