Family Law Attorney

Role: Family Law Attorney
Location: St. Charles, IL (3 days Hybrid onsite)

A growing boutique law firm in St. Charles, Illinois, is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with at least 3+ years of practice in family law. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team environment with strong growth potential and a steady pipeline of cases.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related issues
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide compassionate, effective representation

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in Illinois
• Minimum of 3 years of family law experience
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
