Family Law Attorney

Our client, a family law firm in Nashville, TN, is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their growing legal team. This role is ideal for a mid-level attorney who can manage an existing caseload and provide compassionate, client-centered representation in family law matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle family law cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Represent clients in divorce, child custody, support, and property matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and court orders
• Appear in court, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Develop case strategy with a settlement-first, litigation-ready approach
• Maintain strong client communication and case management
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Bar license (required)
• 3+ years of family law experience preferred
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, caseloads, and client expectations
