What We’re Looking For:  

· Senior attorneys/partners and mid-level attorneys who have at least 5 years of legal experience, including a minimum of 3 years of family law litigation experience involving case management, court appearance, and client advocacy.

· Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills with a drive to become a top-tier advocate. 

· The ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines and move cases forward strategically. 

· Professionalism and composure, even in fast-paced and emotionally charged situations. 

· Strong interpersonal skills and alignment with our firm core values of “Kindness, Curiosity, Action,” founded on being “Strong, Smart, Steady.” 

· An ability to work both collaboratively and independently and take proactive steps to zealously advocate for the goals of our clients.

· Candidates must reside in the Bay Area and be available to work from the office at least once per week, in addition to attending court appearances and client meetings as needed.

What We Offer:  

· Compensation and benefits at the top of the market, including your choice of PPO or Kaiser medical coverage, dental, vision, disability insurance, and a profit-sharing plan which includes employer contributions for qualifying employees. 

· Full coverage of bar dues, CLE, and other professional development costs. 

· A collegial, remote-first workplace. 

· Salary range: $100,000 - $250,000. Negotiable depending on qualifications, seniority, experience, and business development.
