Ligori & Ligori is seeking an experienced Litigation Family Law Attorney to join our growing Tampa office and help us expand into new area of LAW.
The ideal candidate is trial-ready, strategic, and compassionate — able to advocate fiercely for clients while navigating the emotional and legal complexities of Family Law. An existing book of business is highly preferred.
Ligori & Ligori is seeking an experienced Litigation Family Law Attorney to join our growing Tampa office and help us expand into new area of LAW.
The ideal candidate is trial-ready, strategic, and compassionate — able to advocate fiercely for clients while navigating the emotional and legal complexities of Family Law. An existing book of business is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base/Draw Pay: $100,000 annually.

Commission: Performance-based (earning potential $400K+).
(Full commission structure discussed during interview. High earnings require commitment and results.) - Life Insurance: $50,000 policy fully paid by the firm.

Paid Time Off:
- 1 week after 6 months.
- 2 weeks after 1 year.
- 3 weeks after 2 years.
- 6 personal/sick days + 6 federal holidays annually.

- 4 plan options (including HSA).
- 100% firm-paid health, dental & vision (basic plan).
- Benefits begin 1st of the month after 30 days.

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in Family Law (divorce, custody, child support, alimony, modifications, relocations, injunctions, etc.).
- Proven trial and courtroom experience, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Strong command of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure.
- Ability to balance compassion for clients with tenacity in litigation.
- Existing book of business (preferred).
- Bilingual (preferred).
- J.D. and active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
