Family Law Paralegal

HIRING! Busy Houston (memorial/spring branch) family law firm seeking family law paralegal with minimum 1 year family law or litigation experience. In person, full time position with hybrid flexibility. Job duties include client communication, preparing and responding to discovery, drafting and proof reading pleadings, organization of client documents, preparing production logs and inventories, and preparing lawyers for mediation, hearings and trials. Paid time off, health insurance, and retirement benefits eligible.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in paralegal studies/paralegal certificate
- Previous experience working as a paralegal in family law is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of family law
- Word/Excel/Adobe
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
