Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican, is seeking an energetic and mission-driven Primary Care Physician (FM or IM) to join our collegial practice in Santa Cruz, CA. We are a physician owned, multi-specialty group comprised of more than 100 providers that are committed to building healthier communities. Compensation & Benefits:

Highly competitive salary guarantee of $320,803 annually with generous bonus and incentive potential.
Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and malpractice coverage.
Signing incentives up to $125,000.00
Relocation assistance up to $20,000.00
Partnership track, shareholder incentives including Tail Coverage
Loan forgiveness lump sum
Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer

Qualifications

MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA certification
Passion for primary care with experience in preventive medicine and chronic disease management and minor office procedures
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
