McPherson Medical and Surgical Associates is a well-established rural health clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare to our community. The clinic is located on the hospital campus with many resources readily available. McPherson Hospital is licensed for 49 beds including Medical/Surgical, ICU, Labor & Delivery, Surgical and Emergency Services including Level IV Trauma designation. In addition to inpatient service the hospital offers state-of-the-art Outpatient Services including full Radiology (X-ray, MRI, CT, Mammography, Sonography, Interventional Radiology), Respiratory Care services including Sleep Studies, Laboratory, Therapy (PT, OT, Speech), Clinical Dietician, Wound Clinic, Occupational Health, and Infusions. 24/7 Emergency Department physician group and hospitalist team support acute care and offer clinic providers support for work life balance. Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician with OB experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality care to our diverse patient population, including prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care. You will play a crucial role in our community, working closely with patients and their families to promote health, wellness, and preventative care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive family medicine services, including acute and chronic care management.

• Perform full spectrum obstetric care, including prenatal visits, labor and delivery, c-sections and postpartum follow-up.

• Participate in OB on-call rotation with other dedicated delivering physicians.

Conduct routine health screenings and preventive care services.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care.

• Engage with patients and families to promote health education and wellness initiatives.

• Participate in community outreach programs and contribute to the clinic's growth and development.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.

• Completed an accredited Family Medicine residency with obstetrics training.

• Current state medical license and DEA registration.

• Strong clinical skills in both family medicine and obstetrics.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Commitment to rural healthcare and community involvement.
