Family Nurse Practitioner - Ball State University Student Health Center

IU Health Medical Group- East Region is hiring! We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team at Ball State University Student Health Center!

Details:

• Full-time, Day Shift
  • 40 hrs per week
  • Monday-Friday during academic school year, adjusted clinical schedule during summer and University breaks
  • No weekends, holidays or call
• 100% Outpatient
• Patient Population: Family Medicine- BSU Student population with occasional work comp for BSU employees. Includes student athlete population as well
• Expected patient volume in office: 50-60/wk
• Join a team of 5 Physicians, 4 APPs and 15 Support Staff
• Simple office procedures (lacerations, I&D, wart and lesion removal)

Qualifications:

• Master's degree required
• FNP certification required
• Open to highly motivated new graduates
• Experience in either primary care, acute care, or emergency medicine preferred
• Ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills and is a team player be a team player
