Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner role serving patients of all ages
- Focus on preventative care, chronic disease management, and patient education
- Stable clinical environment with collaborative care team support
- Dedicated daily administrative time built into schedule
- Opportunity to focus on patient care without weekends or call responsibilities
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $130,000
- Student Loan Repayment up to $50,000
- Relocation Assistance up to $10,000
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday schedule
- No weekends required
- No call responsibilities
- 7 clinical hours daily plus 1 hour administrative time
- One late clinic shift every 6–7 weeks
ROLE
- Provide outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan
- Manage chronic conditions and preventative healthcare services
- Educate patients on wellness and treatment plans
- Average patient volume of 15+ patients daily
- Collaborate closely with experienced interdisciplinary care team

- Minimum 2 years of FNP experience REQUIRED
- Ability to see patients of all ages REQUIRED
- Strong chronic disease management skills REQUIRED
- Team-based outpatient care experience preferred
