Job Title: Family Physician for Primary Care Float Pool

Location: Central Region (York, PA)

Employment Type: Fulltime 32 – 40 hours a week

What You’ll Champion:

• Provide on-site patient care at any of our PC practices in York County to cover vacations, LOAs, vacancies
• Will see acutes, routines, hospital follow-ups and AWV
• Daytime hours only: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• EPIC electronic health record and Dax Ai scribe
• No call, no pajama time, and when off, others cover in-baskets

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:

• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required and
• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, or Board eligible. Upon Hire Required and
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Administrative skills.
