The Founder & Managing Director of the Aegis Group is seeking a highly organized, financially astute, and proactive Private Office & Estate Manager to oversee the comprehensive management of his private residence, property portfolio, and family office operations in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.This live-out position blends financial and investment oversight with property, maintenance, vendor, and lifestyle management.

The ideal candidate will bring an international outlook, refined service standards, and exceptional attention to detail, operating with discretion, efficiency, and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

Family Office & Financial Oversight

  • Manage personal and household accounts, investment portfolio , budgeting, and financial reporting.

  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and investment advisors.

  • Oversee insurance renewals (property, health, art, and vehicles).

Investment Portfolio Management

  • Track and summarize investment holdings, deposits, and returns across asset classes.

  • Maintain schedules, statements, and performance dashboards in coordination with financial institutions.

  • Support the Principal in investment due diligence and documentation.

Property & Estate Management

  • Supervise daily operations of the Palm Jumeirah residence.
  • Manage the family’s wider property portfolio, interfacing with tenants, facility management, and service providers.
  • Oversee property maintenance contracts with multiple vendors to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
  • Handle leases, rent collections, renewals, and documentation.

Procurement & Vendor Relations

  • Source and manage vendor relationships for household, property requirements.
  • Maintain procurement logs and ensure compliance and cost control.

Events, Hospitality & Travel

  • Plan and oversee family events, gatherings, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Coordinate and occasionally accompany family travel, ensuring seamless execution.

Staff & Administration

  • Supervise and coordinate household staff.
  • Serve as the single liaison between the Principal, vendors, tenants, and advisors.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professional representation at all times.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline - strengths in Maths and Finance, or Administration preferred
  • Experience: 8–12 years in family office, private estate, or luxury hospitality management.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and administrative skills with exposure to investment management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vendor contracts and property maintenance agreements.
  • Highly organized, polished, and adaptable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Culturally aware, well-traveled, and comfortable operating in a global UHNW environment.
  • Flexible to travel and manage varying schedules with discretion and composure.
